The challenge
Four leased facilities had to be vacated on fixed lease-end dates that did not line up with each other or with the new building.
What we did
We sequenced the campus in three occupancy releases so each hall took production as its lease expired. The metrology lab was isolated on its own slab to hold vibration tolerance.
