The challenge
The existing plant ran three shifts, seven days a week. Any tie-in longer than a scheduled sanitation window would have cost the owner more than the building itself.
What we did
We phased every tie-in across eleven sanitation windows, pre-assembled the refrigeration racks off site, and kept a dedicated night superintendent on the connection work from first cut to final balance.
